Conner is the Managing Partner of Trive Capital, responsible for overseeing all facets of the firm’s investment activities. Conner sits on the Board of most of Trive’s portfolio companies. Over his private equity career, Conner has completed over 60 platform investments across more than a dozen industry sectors, representing over $5 billion in revenue.
Prior to founding Trive Capital, Conner was a Partner at Insight Equity, a firm he joined at inception. Conner has also worked at Stonegate, a middle market buyout firm focused on the building products industry, and Bain & Company where he focused on turnaround management, business strategy and merger integration consulting.
Conner received his MBA from the Harvard Business School and graduated with a B.A. from Vanderbilt University in three years.

Chris is a Partner and co-founder of Trive Capital. Chris sits on the Investment Committee of Trive and on the board of directors at most of Trive’s portfolio companies. Chris has responsibility for sourcing, executing, and managing investments which he has done historically across a variety of industries, situations, and security types.
Prior to co-founding Trive, Chris was a Principal at Insight Equity, a Dallas, TX area private equity firm. Chris was with the management consulting firm Bain & Company prior to Insight Equity where he worked with companies across industries and situations.
Chris received his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He also holds a BS in Computer Engineering, Magna Cum Laude, from Texas A&M University.

Prior to joining Trive, David was with Insight Equity, where he was involved in deal execution and operations for investments across a number of different industries, including Automotive, Infrastructure, and Energy, among others.
Prior to joining Insight, David was an Associate at Pamlico Capital (formerly Wachovia Capital Partners), a Charlotte, NC-based private equity fund with $2 billion of capital under management. While at Pamlico, he evaluated and executed middle market buyout and growth equity investments in the Media, Communication and Technology Service sectors. In this role, he also provided on-going support to portfolio companies for add-on acquisitions, debt refinancing and various strategic projects. David began his career as an Analyst in the Merger & Acquisition group of McGladrey Capital Markets.
David graduated from Vanderbilt University where he earned a BA in both Economics and Philosophy, magna cum laude.

Blake is a Partner at Trive Capital. Prior to joining Trive, Blake was with Insight Equity, where he helped launch the firm’s New York office. While at Insight, Blake identified and executed operational initiatives within portfolio companies and evaluated new investment opportunities across a number of different industries.
Blake has also worked as an Analyst with Houlihan Lokey, where he was a member of the Financial Restructuring Group. While at Houlihan, Blake was involved with a variety of transactions within the group, including creditor- and debtor-side restructurings and distressed mergers and acquisitions across various industry segments, including Technology, Telecommunications, Oil Field Services and Health Care.
Blake graduated magna cum laude with a BBA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University.

While at Sequel, Shravan sourced, executed, and managed investments in the Food & Beverage, Agribusiness and Plastics industries.
Before joining Sequel, Shravan was an Associate with Goldman Sachs’ Special Situations Group, the firm’s hybrid credit investment platform. While at GSSSG, Shravan was responsible for evaluating and executing credit and structured equity investments as well as partnering with portfolio companies to provide capital support. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Shravan was an Analyst with Houlihan Lokey.

Prior to joining Trive, Brad was a Vice President at Prudential Capital Group, a private investment arm of Prudential Financial, Inc. While at Prudential, Brad was responsible for sourcing, executing, and managing investments in a wide range of industries, including aerospace and defense, transportation, distribution, consumer finance, real estate, restaurants and equipment rental.
Brad began his career as an Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was a member of the Investment Management audit practice.

Tanner began his career as an Analyst for Main Street Capital Corporation, a Houston-based Business Development Company, where he focused on valuation of debt and equity investments in Middle and Lower Middle Market portfolio companies.

Jeff also managed the sales and technical support teams for instrumentation manufacturing firm, In-Situ, Inc., in addition to launching and managing In-Situ’s OEM program. Prior to In-Situ, Jeff served as President of petroleum equipment and service firm, Dallas Pump Service & Supply Co., and participated in the Company’s sale process.

Prior to his international experience, Max was a Vice President in GE Capital’s lending group based in Los Angeles.

Steve is Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of Trive Capital. He oversees firm operational matters and is responsible for managing the Trive Operations Team. He is also responsible for managing all legal matters related to Trive Capital and its funds and investments.
Prior to joining Trive Capital, Steve was General Counsel of Hosting.com in Denver, Colorado. Prior to his role at Hosting, Steve practiced law with a large international law firm in Charlotte, North Carolina where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance, and corporate matters. From 2014 to 2016, Steve was an adjunct professor of law at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law where he taught a course on private equity.
Steve received his J.D. with honors from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. from the College of William & Mary.

Jonathan is the Chief Financial Officer at Trive Capital. His responsibilities include oversight of the financial, tax and compliance reporting functions, as well as general fund administration. Prior to joining Trive, Jonathan was Director of Private Equity Accounting for Jasper Ridge Partners, a global investment management firm with $11 billion of assets under management. While at Jasper Ridge, Jonathan managed the accounting and reporting functions for the private equity and real asset portfolios. In addition he managed the client reporting for institutional and individual investors.
Before joining Jasper Ridge Partners, Jonathan was Controller for Oak Hill Strategic Partners, an exchange fund with $1.5 billion of assets under management. While at Oak Hill, he managed the back office and engaged in strategic planning related to tax matters, hedging activities and fund formation.
Jonathan earned a B.B.A. in Accounting from Southwestern Adventist University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Prior to joining Trive Capital, Kathryn was VP of Business Development for Silver Oak Services Partners, a Chicago-based private equity fund focused on lower middle market services companies. Prior to Silver Oak, Kathryn was Director of Investor Relations and Business Development at Black Maple Capital, an event-driven hedge fund, and Stark Investments, a global multi-strategy hedge fund, both based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Kathryn began her career as the Director of U.S. Operations for UJAM, Inc., a cloud-based music technology start-up company, in San Francisco, California.
Kathryn received a Master’s degree in International Relations from Cambridge University. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree, Summa Cum Laude, in Music Composition and East Asian Studies from Vanderbilt University.

Prior to joining Trive, Johnny was a Fund Accounting Manager for TPG Capital, a global private investment firm with over $70 billion of assets under management. While at TPG Capital, Johnny managed the accounting, operations and reporting functions for the Real Estate and Biotech business units. In addition, he managed the investment performance function for the private equity funds.
Before joining TPG Capital, Johnny was an Assistant Vice President for HSBC in the Global Banking and Markets division. While at HSBC, he managed the product control function for the Equities and Equity Capital Markets desks.
Johnny earned a B.A. in Accounting from Queens College and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Trevor is Deputy General Counsel of Trive Capital. He is responsible for managing certain legal matters related to Trive Capital, with a primary focus on its portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Trive Capital, Trevor was a partner in the restructuring and insolvency group of a large international law firm in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he represented lenders and other parties in loan restructurings and workouts, collateral dispositions, loan sales, bankruptcy proceedings, federal and state court litigation and other distressed situations. Prior to private practice, Trevor was a judicial law clerk to United States District Judge Henry Coke Morgan, Jr. in the Eastern District of Virginia.
Trevor received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, and his B.S., summa cum laude with honors, from Virginia Tech.

While at PwC, Warren managed the tax compliance and consulting for clients in various industries including private equity, real estate, and fund of funds. In addition, he has experience in tax modeling and tax technology development.

Before joining Trive in 2019, Joe served in leadership roles across a variety of industries including chemicals, automotive, industrials, and aerospace. Most recently he served as Executive Vice President, Axalta Coating Systems in the role of President of Global Refinish while also leading the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. Joe also spent 14 years with Honeywell International in progressive human resources roles and started his career in consulting.
Joe received his MBA from Pennsylvania State University and graduated from Rider University with a BA in Political Science.

Before joining Trive in 2020, Mark served over twenty years at PricewaterhouseCoopers at the forefront of compliance and risk assessment, design and review for companies across the globe. Mark has served as an expert witness on behalf of the United States before the Iran-US claims tribunal at the Hague. He has worked with companies big and small across a variety of industries.
Mark holds a JD from the University of Windsor, an MBA from Cornell University, and a BA from the University of Toronto.

Before joining Trive in 2020, Drew served as a consultant to global Private Equity backed portfolio companies in a variety of industries including manufacturing, retail, distribution, technology, and healthcare. Prior to becoming a consultant, Drew held several CIO, COO, and Director level positions including at Trimark USA, Navico, Oracle, and Nantucket Nectars.
Drew received his BA in Communications and Management from University of Massachusetts Bridgewater.

John is an Operating Partner at Trive Capital with expertise in corporate strategy, integrations, and aerospace engineering.
Before joining Trive in 2016, John served in leadership roles across aerospace and defense and government intelligence services. Most recently he was the CEO of AME Unmanned Air Systems, then as Director of Unmanned Integrated Systems after acquisition by Lockheed Martin. John spent time as the Vice President of Aviation Programs at Sierra Nevada Corporation.
John received his MS and BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado.

John is an Operations Associate at Trive Capital. His responsibilities include working with Trive’s portfolio companies to strengthen their operational performance and growth strategies.
Prior to joining Trive, John was an Associate at Frontier Capital where he was responsible for due diligence and new deal execution, as well as strategic advisory and operational assistance to existing portfolio companies. John began his career as an Analyst at BlackArch Partners, a boutique middle-market investment bank. While at BlackArch, John was involved with a variety of mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments across a variety of industries.
John graduated from Vanderbilt University where he earned a BA in Philosophy.
