Mark is an Operating Partner at Trive Capital with a functional expertise in enterprise risk management, focusing on risk awareness, avoidance and mitigation across the portfolio.
Before joining Trive in 2020, Mark served over twenty years at PricewaterhouseCoopers at the forefront of compliance and risk assessment, design and review for companies across the globe. Mark has served as an expert witness on behalf of the United States before the Iran-US claims tribunal at the Hague. He has worked with companies big and small across a variety of industries.
Mark holds a JD from the University of Windsor, an MBA from Cornell University, and a BA from the University of Toronto.
