Austin is an Associate at Trive Capital. His responsibilities include identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, performing transaction due diligence, and working with management teams to implement operational and growth strategies.
Prior to joining Trive, Austin was an Analyst at Perella Weinberg Partners in New York as a part of the Advisory Group. Austin advised clients in the Industrials sector on a variety of mergers, acquisitions, and special situations.
Austin received his MS in Finance from the Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BA in Economics.
